One stepper. More ways to move.
Switch between cardio, lower-body strength, and upper-body training with one compact machine.
Fast Steps
Pick up the pace with quick, controlled steps to raise your heart rate while engaging your legs, glutes, and core.
Low Squat Steps
Stay low as you step to place more emphasis on your glutes and thighs while challenging lower-body strength and endurance.
Elevated Push-Ups
Use the stable platform for elevated push-ups to work your chest, shoulders, arms, and core with a more supported angle.
A More Natural Way to Step
-
Traditional Stepper
Straight up-and-down movement can feel repetitive and place more of the workload on your knees, quads, and calves.
-
U-Shaped Rocking Stepper
The smooth side-to-side glide engages your glutes, thighs, hips, and core while helping reduce repetitive knee impact.

Hello.. it is a great sturdy piece of workout equipment. I was worried it was going to be flimsy plastic, but it is not. Very solid, and good. I hope to be able to last on it longer than 10 mins. My only issue is it seems to mainly work the front side of your legs, my quads burn after 10 mins.. I was hoping it would be a more all around leg workout. Maybe as I use it more often it will be?
But overall a great product for the price
Small machine, very real leg burn! Glad it’s giving you a convenient cardio session at home.
I originally purchased a regular small vertical stair stepper and it worked to a minimum. The strides were short and I didn’t really feel like I was getting much of a work out. I ended up returning it because the timer, step, and calorie counter in the middle did not work and good thing it did not work because I ended up purchasing this machine which was a big upgrade. I will admit that I was surprised and did not know what this machine was when it arrived, all I did was look at the pictures upon purchase lol I thought it was a horizontal stair stepper instead of the vertical stair stepper I previously purchased, and it kind of is but it’s also so much more than that. It’s fun machine to exercise on to be honest and gives me a good workout within a few minutes, you can really feel the workout all over your legs and on the sides of your body. The machine glides smooth and has good balance it is a overall good value for your money if you want to workout at home
Thanks for sharing the balance tip — that’s genuinely useful for anyone getting used to the rocking motion.
I've been using it for 7 weeks now, and its great cardio workout. I dont need huge space, I just play music or TV shows and workout in my living room. Amazing.
Few downsides, 1. it squeaks very loud. I used wd40 to fix it on all the joint. It is good for few days. And gotta repeat it again. I personally hate it. I tried on the carpet, or tile floor, non helps. I cannot point out which joint causing the squeak. Just do not understand why it makes this loud noise. If anyone knows how I can fix it, please let me know? Lol 2. It does not stay in one spot. It keeps moving forward and rotate, but I think thats more because of my posture. Just gotta take a quick break every 5 min or so to reposition it.
Thanks for the detailed note. The cardio sounds great, but repeated squeaking can definitely get old; our support team is happy to help troubleshoot it.
I am building up with this slowly, to strengthen my knees and hopefully avoid injury. I keep it in my office and take work breaks by rocking for a few minutes now and then. So far, so good. If it starts to squeak at some point I will let you know. If I remember that is.
Quiet, compact, and easy to fit into a work break — that sounds like a nice routine. Keep building up slowly!
This is a great rock stepper. I looked all over for one that wouldn't take a month to get. This one is fulfilled by Amazon and ships fast. It is very well made and the display has large, easy to read numbers. It took me awhile to work up to 10 mins on this but now I can do 20. It isn't as easy as you would think but the results are great. I have chronic Lyme and my balance is not good. Make sure you have a chair near you to help steady yourself until you get used to it. I love it!!
This little stepper really does recruit your balance muscles! Starting near a sturdy chair and building up slowly is a smart approach.
It's more work than it looks like. Easy to set up ( there's basically nothing to do). Make sure to stabilize your first foot all the way down before stepping on with the second foot. This provides a pretty good workout, better with the arm cords.
Customer service was also good. My display had a problem and their customer service helped quickly.
I recommend this stepper.
Quick assembly and a good workout afterward? That’s exactly what we like to hear. Thanks for sharing!
Product is decent and I have no issues with how to use it. I was able to open the box, pull out the stepper and use it. I gave it 4 stars bc it does take some getting used to and isn’t as smooth as it looks in the video. Could just be and the fact I am not very graceful. But I do use it and once I get the full hang of it my opinion might change.
Glad the instructions made sense and you were able to get moving without a hassle. Enjoy the workouts!
Easy to use. Doesn’t take up much space.
We’re happy it’s bringing a useful leg workout into your routine. Those short sessions really can add up.
I purchased this to assist with HIIT workout before work, using it for 60 seconds or so between sets. Exercise wise, it’s great. Easy way to get the heart rate up quickly. I do have some slight knee pain, but this could also be a chronic issue.
My biggest gripe is the noise level. A significant squeaking sound is present when rocking from side to side. According to the manual, if you tighten the nuts on the bottom of the machine, this should take care of it.
……..not so much. I’ve tightened, and tightened, and tightened the thing and no changes. I wish this wasn’t the case, otherwise this would be a decent product.
Thanks for giving it a real try. We’ve noted your concerns and hope we can turn a three-star experience into a better one.
Very well made, and it needs to be because I use it every day!
Sturdy and dependable is exactly the goal. Thanks for putting it to the test!
Easy to use and store. The resistance bands are a plus.
Thanks for sharing this with us. We hope the trainer keeps fitting nicely into your routine!
Too early to tell if it helps my balance. The device is well crafted and seems to be sturdy.
The rocking motion can be humbling at first 😄 Glad you’re easing into it safely and finding a good routine.
This was a surprise. I was hopeful that it would be an alternative to an exercise bike or elliptical, both of which I have. And it is! It is something I can get on for a few minutes or longer. It really challenges your balance, I do have to hold onto something while I use it. I am upper sixties in age. But boy does it work everything from your core to your feet! I really like it!
This little stepper really does recruit your balance muscles! Starting near a sturdy chair and building up slowly is a smart approach.
My door enjoy it immensely.
That core burn is the machine saying hello 😄 Keep building up at your own pace!
It works really well. Love the resistant bands. Squeaks a little, but I'm always watching a game show too keep my mind off of it. You can really feel the burn on your sides.
A good workout is welcome; the surprise soundtrack, not so much 😅 Thanks for mentioning the squeak — we’re using feedback like this to improve the moving joints.
I love this little stepper. You can definitely feel the burn in your thighs and glutes. It doesn’t make noise so you can exercise while everyone is asleep. Real easy to use once you get used to it while balancing yourself. Definitely will get a good workout from it
Thanks for the detailed note. The cardio sounds great, but repeated squeaking can definitely get old; our support team is happy to help troubleshoot it.
Having to balance on these is a little more difficult than I expected. They are okay but I wish I would have spent the money on an elliptical.
Fair feedback — and genuinely helpful. We’ll keep the good parts and work on the parts that felt just okay.
Great product. I suggest use with bands for stability and give the machine time to break in. It’s a little stiff when you first start to use it.
Thanks for sharing the balance tip — that’s genuinely useful for anyone getting used to the rocking motion.
Not what i was expecting
Your review means a lot. Hope the trainer continues to serve you well.
Can’t really do fast and it’s pretty squeaky I don’t feel completely safe and no idea what it’s counting.
We appreciate the honest middle-of-the-road review. Details like these help us improve the next version.
It's simple easy and works well for someone with a bum knee.
Thanks for taking a moment to leave a review. Every bit of feedback helps.
Solid exerciser. Stable and easy to use but surprisingly good workout
Sturdy and dependable is exactly the goal. Thanks for putting it to the test!
Works out thighs pretty well. Very durable. Easy to use. I don’t use the timer that comes with it, but the timer works well. I use my watch to keep track instead. Recommend.
It may look compact, but the quads know the truth 😄 Keep building up at a pace that feels right.
Takes a little getting used to but I really feel it after 20 minutes. USE THE RESISTANCE BANDS! It helps with the balancing.
That core burn is the machine saying hello 😄 Keep building up at your own pace!
As expected, fun stuff
We appreciate you giving it a try — enjoy the workouts and keep going at your own pace.
Not a stepper, more like a sideways eliptical. Very challenging. A few minutes on here is very hard. Hard to keep the foot pads from hitting the floor when using so a little awkward. Dashboard is hard to understand so didn't use it. Not for what I bought it for which was getting steps in while watching TV. Will return.
Thanks for giving it a real try. We’ve noted your concerns and hope we can turn a three-star experience into a better one.
I’m a runner. I jog about 14 miles per week. I’ve started using the rock stepper on my “off” days and sometimes in the afternoons following a morning jog. I’ve found that it stretches out the muscles I tax during a jog. It works different muscles and is an excellent addition to my joggers lifestyle.
We’re happy it’s bringing a useful leg workout into your routine. Those short sessions really can add up.
Came on time! Very sturdy, not at all flimsy, this is workout equipment able to handle indoor vigorous exercise. Fits nicely behind my couch. I feel the workout in my legs and hips, and the bungee cord tension gives a good workout for the arms. Very satisfied. No assembly required except to snap the bungee cords to the sides of the foot plate
Glad the instructions made sense and you were able to get moving without a hassle. Enjoy the workouts!
