The movitafit Ab Machine is a great addition to a home workout setup. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and once it was put together, it was very easy to start using.

This machine is a true work out. All the parts were there and it was an easy set up. The appearance is pretty. I bought the sea foam green and it is pretty! It keeps up with how many reps you did. It’s super sturdy. It’s a smooth operation and really hits the abs. It size is great even for small homes. I was high impressed. Easy set up, easy storage, over all very nice

Kills my ab area, in the best way. When I am not as motivated, it also helps hold clothing that I need to lay to dry, or hang a bra off the side.
Let's be real, we aren't always motivated. But the machine was easy to put together, and I enjoy using it for both my ab workout, and to hold my laundry!!

I saw this workout machine on tick tok. I never buy products that I see in videos, but I did buy this and I honestly thought it was gonna be so easy but it wasn’t in the best way lol. I am 5’3, 160 pounds and the only reason I gave it four stars is because it is a little wobbly even though I put everything together correctly but it’s really not bad and it’s amazing for the price. It worked out my abs so hard after the first night. I’ve done ab workouts before and have never felt it the way I did with this machine. I struggle bad with losing fat around my stomach area and love handles and I was 50% less bloated the next morning and my stomach already felt firm. I also felt more energetic. I’m very excited to continue using it. I would highly recommend.

I really like this, I would give 5 stars but i have to put weight on the front so I can use the resistance bands so that makes the arm workout a little more difficult. Otherwise, it’s very easy to use, light weight, easy to put away and great for its purpose! If you’re just wanting an easier way to work the abs, this is a great choice!

Easy to assemble. Great instructions. Its a good source of ab workout. I wouldnt rely on it solely but it is a good fill in when you are wanting to do something different to your regular routine. The knee pads are comfortable, it slides smoothly, and you can alter the heighth for harder or easier workout.

I really like this piece of equipment, it was easy to put together and is easy to use. It’s sturdy, it’s also easy to store. The foam piece for your knees is comfy and has wore down yet. I like that you feel the burn, in my abs and gluts

It works well. It was easy to assemble and I can really feel it working my abs and legs.
It doesn’t take much to feel it working . I’m at 15 reps in 3 sets on the next to easiest setting and I feel like I’ve spent 30 minutes in the gym.( when it’s really only been 10 minutes)
The best part is I have not felt any pain in my back.
It feels steady, sturdy and doesn’t take up much space.
This was a good purchase for me. (I’m 70+ years old and trying to trim the belly)

Just as pictured and advertised ! Super easy assembly and I was on my way ! LOVE LOVE LOVE that I was able to watch a couple short videos to get started and can’t wait to get home to get my reps in. My guy always noticing after just one weeks use !! Small videos in movitafit home fitness site and you tube !!! My best purchase this year by far !!!

I really like this machine. It had easy assembly and works great. The arm bar is a bit wobbly and I can’t get the bolts to hold as tight as possible, but overall great product for the price. Immediately could feel core engagement when using.

Package was delivered fast. Everything was inside the pack(except for the four screws, which came in screwed and we kept looking for it everywhere, lol) Takes 30mins or so to assemble. This is not gym quality equipment. But it does work. Was stable when I used it few times today & definitely I can feel my abs get engaged. Recommended workout station for your home gym.
